Um monte de funcionários andando feito barata tonta na loja . 4 coisinhas que comprei , levou 40 minutos . O vendedor digita meu pedido no programa . Mais uns 4 funcionários no depósito devem ir cada um buscar uma coisa . Um outro funcionário vai até um balcão pegar . Esse traz até o conferente , que passa para um outro empacotar e deixa jogado sobre o balcão . Depois de pago , (vixe) . Um outro funcionário faz a entrega .
Terrible attendance !!!
A lot of employees walking around like crazy in the store. 4 little things I bought, it took 40 minutes. The salesperson types my order into the program. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja cheia de funcionários batendo papo e o cliente esperando, todas as veses que fui lá sempre é demorado e enrolado. A frente na Elétrica Avenida deve ter 70% a menos de funcionários e sou atendido com muita rapidez.
Store full of employees chatting and the customer waiting, every time I went there it is always time consuming and messy. The front on Elétrica Avenida must have 70% fewer employees and I am served very quickly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ponto que merece uma melhoria são nos processos de atendimento com treinamento dos colaboradores; há momentos em que o atendimento é rápido e outras que poderia contar com maior agilidade.
Não sei se já houve mudança agora, mas há um tempo a loja não recolhia lâmpadas fluorescentes, mas acredito que toda loja de eletrônicos deve ter um ponto para a logística reversa. São ajustes necessários. Ponto a favor é o conhecimento dos atendentes, que costumam trazer dicas e explicações com atenção, a variedade de estoque, o atendimento e a entrega rápida para as empresas.

I don't know if there's been a change now, but the store hasn't collected fluorescent lamps for a while, but I believe that every electronics store should have a point for reverse logistics. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muita correria e pouca atenção. Separação de produtos feita de forma que o cliente não consegue acompanhar a contagem e de forma que até o próprio separador tenha que refazer o trabalho. Indico a quem for comprar nesta loja, não sair da loja sem fazer a própria conferência, pois não haverá suporte nenhum em caso de confiança no serviço deles.
