★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Theater itself is not so bad, but the second floor has a rushed, kinda improvised feel to it. The place is definitively not good looking, but you normally go there to see something else anyway.
There are much better stages in Rio, if you are looking for one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The show and the artists are amazing (dancers and the show band). Even though I should mention that the show is not punctual and this is very important for tourists who value the time. It should started at 9 and the show began around 10pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cast were energetic and enthusiastic, there was a live band on stage, but all the songs were in Portuguese, as was all the dialogue apart from the samba class and a few other phrases. This show was recommended by our tour operator, and we paid more than double the entrance fee which made it very expensive and we were expecting a professional and polished performance. Tbe venue was small and the show seemed quite amateurish at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did this as part of a tour and the show was incredibly well done. The performers are super high energy and really put their heart and soul into the performances. The theater is a bit small and the pieces before the showsl are a bit OK.
