I volunteer at the Jardim Aurelia Community Center, a felt workshop every Thursday afternoon. A very pleasant place, with several activities aimed at mental and physical health, all free, taught by volunteers (crochet, embroidery, Heik, auriculotherapy , yoga, biodanza, stretching and walking, lectures with nutritionists, flowers, felt, toy library...)
