★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja linda com produtos diferentes, porém fui achando que iria encontrar quase todos itens, coleções lego, mas não, são itens que não encontramos em loja de shopping por exemplo. E o grande diferencial é você pode montar, criar seu próprio boneco sem ficar preso ao que já vem montado, montar seu próprio kit de peças avulsas também é muito legal, você recebe um pote e o que couber dentro você leva, essa parte, experiência é sensacional, mas prepare seu bolso.
 Beautiful store with different products, but I thought I would find almost all items, lego collections, but no, they are items that we don't find in a mall store for example. And the big difference is that you can assemble, create your own doll without being tied to what is already assembled, assembling your own kit of separate parts is also very cool, you receive a pot and what fits inside you take, this part, experience It's awesome, but prepare your pocket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é muito bonita e organizada (poderia ter um pouco mais de opções para o Duplo) , mas a entrada dela possui acessibilidade péssima. Entrei com um carrinho de bebê com minha filha de um ano na loja quando ela estava praticamente vazia, mas quando saí, haviam carros nas 4 vagas e não tinha como sair dela! Tive que desmontar o carrinho e tirar minha filha no colo, sendo que o vendedor que me atendeu viu toda a situação e virou a cara como nada tivesse acontecendo!! Eu pelo menos consegui retirar minha filha no colo e desmontar todo o carrinho dela para remontar na calçada, mas e um cadeirante? Não adianta ter elevador para o segundo piso se não possui uma entrada adequada. Sinceramente, quando for comprar algo da marca, compro em qualquer lugar, menos nessa loja da Gaivota.
The store is very pretty and organized (it could have a little more options for the Duplo), but its entrance has terrible accessibility. I took a stroller with my one year old daughter into the store when it was practically empty, but when I left, there were cars in the 4 spaces and there was no way to get out of it! I had to dismantle the stroller and take my daughter on my lap, and the salesperson who answered me saw the whole situation and turned away like nothing had happened!! I at least managed to take my daughter off my lap and disassemble her entire stroller to reassemble it on the sidewalk, but what about a wheelchair user? There's no point in having an elevator to the second floor if you don't have a proper entrance. Honestly, when I buy something from the brand, I buy it anywhere, except at this Gaivota store.

A parede de pick a brick até tinha uma boa variedade, mas poderia ter sido um pouco mais variado, tinha muitas caixas com peças repetidas, e o build a minifigure também tinha poucas opções. O que me frustrou foi que a LEGO lançou um set promocional para compras de 150 reais, e pouquíssimo dias depois do lançamento, quando fui já havia acabado, parecem que enviam pouquíssimas unidades para poucas pessoas desfrutarem, mas curiosamente youtubers sempre quando fazem visita tem algum brinde para mostrar. Mas foi uma visita divertida.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A primeira Loja Lego de rua em São Paulo. Ainda falta uma variedade maior de kits antigos. Por enquanto apenas lançamentos recentes. Também falta os brindes e kits promocionais sazonais vinculados a lançamentos especificos. A maior inovação foi finalmente ter no Brasil a possibilidade de montar seu próprio "copão" de peças avulsas Lego, mas faltou eixos e rodinhas avulsas.
The first street Lego Store in São Paulo. There is still a greater variety of old kits missing. For now only recent releases. Also missing are seasonal gifts and promotional kits linked to specific releases. The biggest innovation was finally having in Brazil the possibility of assembling your own "big bowl" of spare Lego pieces, but it lacked spare axles and wheels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é excelente. Na primeira vez pela Janaína, depois pela Yara e pelo Pedro. Além de ter os tubos de peças, montar as próprias minifiguras, muita variedade de produtos, super recomendo. Parabéns a lego. Só falta trazer para o Brasil os bags que ganhamos de brinde nas lojas do exterior. Mas aí é com a MCassab. Estão todos de parabéns.
