De nada adianta uma ótima estrutura e localização, se você não sabe tratar bem o cliente.
Fui cortar o cabelo aí, na época estava liso e batia no ombro, eu queria cortar bem curtinho, acima da orelha. Fui recepcionada por uma moça que trabalhava aí e me disse que não cortava meu tipo de cabelo, sem problemas. Ela foi chamar outra moça que talvez cortasse meu cabelo, nisso chamaram várias pessoas até uma delas se dispor a cortar o meu cabelo. Até então, tudo bem!
A moça começou a cortar meu cabelo e as outras senhoras que não queriam cortar meu cabelo ficaram sentadas um pouco longe, me encaravam rindo e cochichando. Sequer tentavam disfarçar que estavam caçoando da minha escolha.
Enfim, nunca me senti tão humilhada em um salão de beleza, e nunca irei voltar aí.
Espero que melhorem.

I was welcomed by a girl who worked there and told me she didn't cut my hair type, no problem. She went to call another girl who might cut my hair, and they called several people until one of them was willing to cut my hair. Until then, so good!
The girl started cutting my hair and the other ladies who didn't want to cut my hair sat a little way away, staring at me laughing and whispering. They didn't even try to disguise the fact that they were making fun of my choice.
Anyway, I've never felt so humiliated in a beauty salon, and I'll never go back there.
I hope they get better.
