Fui lá com o obejtivo de adquirir o Livro Nômade Digital do Matheus e estava fazendo um story pq estava feliz e que ia adquirir algo valioso.
O vender que foi desengavetar o livro me entregou na mão e já fui fazer um story e não pode pode tirar foto do livro bem seco sabe ...
Imediatamente sai da loja e disse vou avaliar pelo péssimo atendimento, não sabe lidar com cliente o que tá fazendo ali.
Lá eu não volto mais

Horrible service at this store,
I went there with the objective of acquiring Matheus's Digital Nomad Book and I was making a story because I was happy and that I was going to acquire something valuable.
The sale that was to unshelf the book gave me in my hand and I've already been doing a story and I can't take a picture of the book very dry, you know...
I immediately left the store and said I'm going to evaluate the poor service, you don't know how to deal with the customer what you're doing there.
I'm not coming back there
Disappointed!!!!

Atendentes muito educados e prestativos, inclusive um deles ficou procurando um livro específico para mim por muito tempo até encontrar! Coisa que alguns atendentes de outras lojas ja teriam desistido e mentido falando que não tem. Preços muito bons. E coisas além de livros bem legais a venda. Recomendo.
I really like this unit at the West Plaza mall, I always go! Very polite and helpful attendants, including one of them was looking for a specific book for me for a long time until he found it! Something that some attendants from other stores would have given up and lied saying they don't have it. Very good prices. And stuff besides really cool books for sale. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 24 de dezembro de 2021, fui presenteado com um livro comprado em uma loja física da Livraria Leitura. O exemplar estava devidamente embalado em um plástico e embrulhado em um saco de presente que identificava a loja.
Ao abrir o embrulho, percebi que o livro que me foi presenteado tratava-se de uma obra que já possuía. Sendo assim, devolvi para o embrulho e, em data oportuna, me dirigi à Livraria Leitura mais próxima.
A data da tentativa da troca se trata da data de 28 de dezembro de 2021. Ao entrar na loja, fui prontamente atendido por uma funcionária que me informou que não poderia realizar a troca do produto pois o mesmo se encontrava sem o selo de troca ou a nota fiscal.
Ocorre que foi um presente, não teria como eu estar em posse da nota fiscal, e o produto foi devidamente embalado em um embrulho próprio da loja, ficando claro que deveria ter um selo de troca.
A atendente disse que não poderia fazer nada, pois são esses os dois meios de realizar o processo de troca e ainda me informou que as trocas seriam realizadas até o dia 30 de dezembro de 2021.
Um grande ABSURDO! Vez que não tenho disponibilidade de tempo para voltar à loja ainda no presente ano e não quero constranger a pessoa que me presenteou lhe pedindo a nota fiscal do produto.
O caso em questão me fez lembrar dois outros episódios em que ganhei livros sem selos de troca e sem nota fiscal. Ao me dirigir às respectivas lojas da concorrência, a troca pode ser facilmente feita apenas com a informação do código de barras. Claramente uma forma profissional de manter um cliente fiel.
Deixo claro aqui que minha reclamação é apenas com a formalidade do protocolo de troca da Livraria Leitura, pois agora terei um exemplar de um livro que não poderei trocar por conta de burocracias desnecessárias.
Ainda, aproveito para informar que gostei muito da loja, não conhecia nenhuma unidade física, mas vocês perderam um assíduo leitor como cliente.
On December 24, 2021, I was presented with a book purchased at a Livraria Leitura physical store. The copy was properly packed in plastic and wrapped in a gift bag that identified the store.
Upon opening the package, I realized that the book that was presented to me was a work that I already owned. So, I returned it to the package and, in due course, went to the nearest Livraria Leitura.
The date of the exchange attempt is the date of December 28, 2021. Upon entering the store, I was promptly attended by an employee who informed me that she could not exchange the product because it was without the exchange seal or the invoice.
It turns out that it was a gift, there was no way I could have the invoice, and the product was properly packaged in a store-specific package, making it clear that it should have an exchange stamp.
The attendant said she couldn't do anything, as these are the two ways to carry out the exchange process and also informed me that the exchanges would be carried out until December 30, 2021.
A big ABSURD! Since I don't have time to go back to the store this year and I don't want to embarrass the person who gave it to me by asking him for the product's invoice.
The case in question reminded me of two other episodes in which I received books without exchange stamps and without receipt. By going to the respective competitors' stores, the exchange can be easily done with just the barcode information. Clearly a professional way of keeping a loyal customer.
I make it clear here that my complaint is only with the formality of Livraria Leitura's exchange protocol, because now I will have a copy of a book that I will not be able to exchange due to unnecessary bureaucracy.
Also, I would like to take the opportunity to inform you that I really liked the store, I didn't know any physical unit, but you lost an assiduous reader as a customer.

Os preços também não são dos melhores infelizmente mas ainda sim tem uma boa variedade de livros e as promoções de livros a 10 reais conta com titulos excelentes.
