Fora que eu nunca encontro o que eu vou comprar lá... nao recomendo.
 Poor service. Both personally and over the phone, it looks like the pros are grumpy.
Other than that I never find what I'm going to buy there ... I do not recommend it.

In-store service is great, nothing to complain about, but over the phone, the same thing about not having it. This issue needs to be improved, as telephone service is essential.
