★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apto prive a 3 anos em paulista, excelente. Eles realmente pensaram em tudo. Bem posicionado, Apto sombra na parte da sala, sol na área de serviço durante a tarde. Passagem de cabos de internet e TV embutidos , sala e quartos. Não fica aquele "emaranhado" feio de cabos saindo e entrando no predio . Estrutura pre-moldados , para furar uma parede necessita um certo esforço. Instalação elétrica impecável, bem distribuído. Construtora muito melhor que outras mais renomadas.
 I bought an apt for 3 years in São Paulo, excellent. They really thought of everything. Well positioned, Fit shade in the part of the room, sun in the service area during the afternoon. Cable routing for internet and built-in TV, living room and bedrooms. There is not that ugly "tangle" of cables leaving and entering the building. Pre-molded structure, to drill a wall requires some effort. Flawless electrical installation, well distributed. Much better construction company than other more renowned ones.
