Até o momento que fiz a avaliação, logo que recebi estava tudo ótimo, mas me enganei. Comprei um produto com duração para anual, isso que está escrito no informe, mas não procede, a qualidade do produto está pra mensal, pra não ser tão radical, pra trimestral, pois não tem três meses ainda que comprei e a lente olho esquerdo já está toda comida nas pontas, fiz péssima aquisição! E muito frágil,
sem profissionalismo e sem ética a acusação indevida que me fazem. Querem justificar que a lente ficou do jeito que ficou porque eu esmaguei a lente na borda do estojo.Como.assim? Um estojo fundo que não permite esmagar nada e ainda usam outro argumento, sem sentido, comparando a lente a uma taça de vinho, totalmente uma justificativa sem sentido. Acho que deveriam se especializar em atendimento ao cliente, principalmente quando houver problema e não tratar como se fosse uma relação familiar ou de amizade.

I think they should specialize in customer service, especially when there is a problem and not treat it as if it were a family or friendship relationship.
