Acabou repassando o serviço para outro guincho e mandou o outro guincho para o tal lugar errado que ele disse que estava . Acabei tendo que pagar mais para o outro guincho e ainda tive uma espera de 3h , sendo que a oficina ficava a 15 minutos. Um irresponsável, sem consideração com o cliente, não façam serviço com esse cara que ele deixa as pessoas na mão . Horrível .
Terrible! Without any professionalism. He left me waiting for 2h and when I called he lied that he was in the wrong place. He ended up transferring the service to another winch and sent the other winch to the wrong place that he said he was. I ended up having to pay more for the other winch and still had a 3 hour wait, the workshop being 15 minutes away. An irresponsible person, without regard for the client, do not do service with this guy that he leaves people in the lurch. Horrible .
