★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fui trocar a bateria viciada neste estabelecimento, por que estava descarregando constantemente no meu celular e o mesmo que se diz proprietario da loja questionou a garantia que so era 1 mes eu questionei e falei para o mesmo que pela lei legal e de 3 meses o mesmo falou que nao era debatendo com minha pessoa , o mesmo que se diz proprietario dessa loja foi ironico nao quis passar informacoes a respeito de uma fonte que eu fui obrigada trocar pela bateria que estava viciada e descarregada e o mesmo que se diz proprietario falou que nao devolveria o dinheiro e por esse motivo ele deu um carregador de bateria qualquer , foi desrespeitoso comigo e com meu esposo a aquestiona- lo o mesmo que se diz proprietario ate fez ameacas a minha pessoa e falou para nao passar em frente da loja e muito menos da regiao da santa efigenia foi grosso e mal educado e muito menos se importou com o meu caso e fez descaso comigo e .meu eu esposo,a pessoa que se diz proprietario da loja nao recomendo comprar neste estabelecimento!!!!
I went to change the battery addicted in this establishment, because it was constantly discharging on my phone and the same that says store owner questioned the warranty that was only 1 month I questioned and said to the same as by legal law and 3 months the same said that it was not debating with me, the same that says owner of this store was ironical did not want to pass information about a source that I was forced to exchange for the battery that was addicted and discharged and the same that says owner said no would give back the money and for that reason he gave some battery charger, it was disrespectful to me and my husband to question it the same that says owner even threatened me and said not to pass the store let alone from the region of santa efigenia was rude and rude and much less cared about my case and neglected me and my husband, the person who says owner of the store I do not recommend buying air in this establishment !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fazem o serviço mas não informam as consequências, arrumaram duas baterias mas não informaram que o carregador original poderia não ser mais compatível , ou seja, gastei e o carregador original não carrega , o cara tinha que avisar do risco antes , voltei na loja mas ele se eximiu de qualquer responsabilidade.
They do the service but do not report the consequences, they have two batteries but they did not inform that the original charger could not be more compatible, that is, I spent and the original charger does not charge, the guy had to warn of the risk before, I returned in the store but he disclaimed any liability whatsoever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me venderam uma carregador diferente do que levei, dizendo que era a mesma coisa, mas eu poderia trocar se nao servisse. Nao serviu!!!! Meu esposo foi trocar e nao tinha. Fizeram uma gambiarra na minha original (quebrada) e disseram que estava certo! Ou seja, paguei o preco de um carregador novo, por uma gambiarra no meu carregador antigo e se acharam no direito de fazer isso sem ao menos perguntar se aceitavamos. Se tivesse como dar nota ainda menor eu daria! Nao vale nem 1!!!!
They sold me a different charger than I took, saying it was the same thing, but I could trade it if it didn't fit. Not served !!!! My husband went to change and did not have. They made a prank on my original (broken) and said it was right! That is, I paid the price of a new charger for a prank on my old charger and found themselves entitled to do so without even asking if we accepted. If I could even lower grade I would give! Not worth even 1 !!!!
