I spent 50 minutes trying to buy 2 cutlery dividers at the auto service and in the end they couldn't get through the sale. There was no manager at the store to deal with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito. Atendimento ruim. Vendedora, na verdade, é apenas tiradora de pedidos. Não sabe dar opções e nem tem interesse em vender pouco. Quando o pedido é pequeno ou se está desarrumado, nem olham na sua cara direito.
Beautiful place. Bad service. Salesperson is actually just an order taker. He doesn't know how to give options and he's not even interested in selling little. When the order is small or it's messy, they don't even look you right in the face.

Eles têm um preço competitivo, o ambiente é bonito e confortável, as duas atendentes que ja me venderam foram bem atenciosas, e olhe que não sou uma cliente casual, mas não de grandes compras. a caixa é uma fofa e os rapazes tb atendem bem.

Cheguei procurando uma fórmica que imitasse granito e a "vendedora" ignorou minha pergunta, dizendo apenas "tem essas aí " e mostrou o livrinho de amostras para que eu me virasse pra achar a que eu queria. Quando achei, perguntei valores, ela disse que não tinha. Olhei outra, perguntei de novo preço,tb não tinha... Ou seja, não tem variedade. Os vendedores não tem preparo pra função. São apenas tiradores de pedido.
