★ ★ ★ ★ ★ levei a burgman pra trocar o óleo e as pastilhas de freio, o rapaz que trocou nao apertou os parafusos direito e ficou vazando óleo!!! fora que o escapamento saiu no meio da rua logo 2 dias após mecher , muita coincidência!!! pior experiência 1 dia q fui nessa Oficina!!! moto voltou toda arranhada e soldaram o escapamento e nao e o mesmo q levei colocaram um cano todo zoado so dou 2 estrela porq o leo e educado !!!
 I took the burgman to change the oil and brake pads, the guy who changed it didn't tighten the screws right and it was leaking oil !!! the exhaust came out in the middle of the street just 2 days after moving, a lot of coincidence !!! worst experience 1 day q I went to this Workshop !!! the bike came back all scratched and soldered the exhaust and not the same q I took put a pipe all messed up so I give 2 stars because the oil is polite !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei nada do atendimento ,se vc vai trocar a bateria que eles te dão a garantia ficam demorando pra trocar ,fora que a bateria que eles te dão um ano de garantia só dura apenas 6 meses ,bom nas vezes que fui lá me arrependo, mais quem sabe eles vendo esse comentário não ajuda ele a melhorar o atendimento

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa moto que tenho é a primeira, estava meio perdido em relação à mecânicos, então por conhecer de vista fui à esse estabelecimento. Acho razoáveis os preços, o Léo te dá todas as opções de preços de peças. Só não dou nota máxima pois infelizmente por pequenos desatentos dos garotos, sempre que levo a moto lá, a moto volta com algo defeito relacionado ao serviço. A primeira vez fui apertar a corrente e me recomendaram trocar a relação. Já troquei e tb troquei a lona do freio. Mas logo depois da troca, senti algo estranho, batendo nas correntes. Voltei lá e eles constataram que um dos esticadores de corrente estava quebrado (ja havia notado, quando fui trocar a pastilha de freio, o rapaz esticou e então o parafuso ficou solto) e havia um parafuso que não havia sido preso corretamente do protetor da corrente solto, que estava batendo ma corrente. Não me cobraram pelo diagnóstico, somente pelo esticador de corrente (justo) porém, mais uma vez um desatento poderia ter ocasionado um acidente, o rapaz esqueceu de apertar o parafuso do freio traseiro. Por sorte dei conta em baixa velocidade e consegui apertar. No geral os trabalhos são bons, rápidos, os preços são ótimos e ele mostra as peças novas e geralmente quando são das opções mais caras, ele mostra desembalando, o que nos transmite maior confiabilidade. Vou continuar a frequentar, só vou ficar mais atendo à finalização dos serviços para que não fique nada faltando.

I think the prices are reasonable, Leo gives you all the options of parts prices. I just don't give a high score because unfortunately due to the boys' inattentiveness, whenever I take the bike there, the bike comes back with something defective related to the service. The first time I went to tighten the chain and I was recommended to change the relationship. I already changed and tb I changed the brake liner. But right after the exchange, I felt something strange, hitting the chains. I went back there and they found that one of the chain tensioners was broken (I had already noticed, when I went to change the brake pad, the boy stretched and then the screw was loose) and there was a screw that had not been properly attached to the chain protector loose, it was hitting a chain. I was not charged for the diagnosis, only for the chain tensioner (fair) but, once again, a careless person could have caused an accident, the boy forgot to tighten the rear brake screw. Luckily I did it at low speed and managed to squeeze. In general the works are good, fast, the prices are great and he shows new parts and usually when they are the most expensive options, he shows unpacking, which gives us greater reliability. I will continue to attend, I will only be more attentive to the completion of services so that nothing is missing.
