Ontem (23/01/21) fui até a loja na Torre, esperei ser atendido no balcão, como de costume, porém, apesar de haver vários vendedores reunidos conversando, nenhum veio atender, até que após alguns minutos (2 ou 3), um (magro) que muitas vezes já me atendeu perguntou se eu já tinha sido atendido.
Como respondi que NÃO, ele chamou outro vendedor, sendo que este mandou eu falar com outro (não recordo o nome), nos fundos do prédio.
Quando menos espero, o "magro" veio me atender.
Acredito que poderia ter atendido desde o início.
Gastei R$1.375,00 na NEW CENTER.
Fui cliente desde quando era o Amarelinho.
PERDEU O CLIENTE pelo mau atendimento e falta de respeito.
NÃO RECOMENDO.

As I replied that NO, he called another seller, who sent me to speak to another (I don't remember the name), at the back of the building.
When I least expect it, the "skinny" came to see me.
I believe I could have answered it from the beginning.
I spent R $ 1,375.00 at the NEW CENTER.
I've been a customer since I was Amarelinho.
LOST THE CUSTOMER due to poor service and lack of respect.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
