★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Duas compras, dois problemas. O produto em si é muito bom (com exceção do recipiente, que tem a resistência da um pote de manteiga), mas a empresa parece amadora. O atendimento e ridiculamente ruim. Da primeira vez, fiquei uns 10 dias esperando acabar o prazo de entrega de uma encomenda que ja estava extraviada pelos correios. A empresa nao deu a minima, e me mandou aguardar. Tive que comprar com um revendedor do rio de janeiro, pagando mais caro, pois, perdi meu cupom e o frete era maior. Na segunda vez, o recipiente veio rasgado dentro da embalagem de papelao, pois espremeram dois baldes onde mal cabia um, lembrando que o recipiente em que vem as tintas é PESSIMO, muito ruim. Sujou meu quarto todo. Entrei em contato com o atendimento deles, e, adivinha?? NAO ACEITARAM O ESTORNO, dizendo que eu teria que REENVIAR o produto. Como eu devolverei um pote quebrado de tinta??? Pior que nao é brincadeira
Two purchases, two problems. The product itself is very good (with the exception of the container, which has the resistance of a pot of butter), but the company seems amateur. The service is ridiculously bad. The first time, I spent about 10 days waiting for the delivery deadline for an order that was already lost by the post office. The company didn't give a damn, and told me to wait. I had to buy with a reseller in Rio de Janeiro, paying more, because I lost my coupon and the shipping was higher. The second time, the container came torn apart inside the cardboard packaging, as they squeezed two buckets where one could barely fit, remembering that the container where the inks come is TERRIBLE, very bad. It messed up my whole room. I got in touch with their customer service, and guess what? THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE REFUND, saying that I would have to RESEND the product. How will I return a broken paint pot??? worse than no joke

Comprei o produto recomendado para área externa e ESTOUROU tudo. Fora a resina deles que mancha completamente a parede.
Não adianta ter apenas divulgação e fotos bonitas e no vamo ver dar dor de cabeça para clientes. Melhorem no produto e orientem mais os vendedores - que por sinal - péssimo atendimento.
Léo tintas nunca mais.
The biggest disappointment I've had.
I bought the recommended product for the outdoor area and BLAST it all. Apart from their resin that completely stains the wall.
It's no use just having publicity and beautiful photos and let's see give customers a headache. Improve the product and guide the sellers more - which by the way - terrible service.
Leo paints never again.
