★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um ótimo atendimento, recepcionista Camila super atenciosa e proativa, faço massagem com uma excelente profissional chamada Sandra, e estou vendo ótimos resultados, nunca mais deixarei de fazer meus procedimentos lá , faço também limpeza de pele com a Amanda e super indico pq meu rosto já está bem limpo de cravos e espinhas desde a primeira vez que eu fui , não passei pelas mãos dos demais funcionários mais pelo que vejo todos são muito atenciosos e prestativos e nos deixa super a vontade e eu super indico.

Minhas luzes ficaram manchadas na raiz e laranja, meio cor de ferrugem...comprei com MATIZAÇAO, mas precisei matizar de novo em casa pra sair o abóbora ....credo!!!! O designer de sobrancelha simplesmente não existe , te dão uma limpadinha muito rápida de pelinhos finos... unha mais ou menos....enfim o barato saiu caro. Vou ter que tingir o cabelo e fazer luzes de novo em outro lugar.

The eyebrow designer simply does not exist, they give you a very quick wipe of fine hair ... nail more or less .... finally the cheap was expensive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um cupom no Uva Rosa de uma oferta de limpeza de pele no Spazio Bello e quando fui usar o meu cupom, ao entrar na sala pra fazer a limpeza de pele, tinham 2 pessoas aguardando com a máscara de argila, ou seja, não sei se é assim, mas deu a impressão que os atendimentos ficam assim um colado no outro, mesmo que o espaço não seja suficiente pra quantidade de agendamentos...
Enquanto a moça que nos atendeu nos chamou pra deitar em uma maca que estava forrada com um lençol - sim um lençol, tipo esses de hospital, sabe?
Enfim, quando eu perguntei se ela não ia trocar a as peças da maca ela simplesmente disse que não, que não podia. Quando qualquer pessoa que já passou por um salão de beleza ou clínica de estética, por mais leiga que seja, deve saber que usar materiais descartáveis é algo básico. TEM QUE TER...
Pra concluir, fica aqui a minha avaliação: a moça nós atendeu bem, fez uma boa limpeza de pele, mas jamais voltaria lá nem indicaria a ninguém o local, já que, por razões óbvias, não dar pra confiar na higiene do lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui presenteada com um day spa, que incluía massagem e limpeza de pele ,quanto a massagem ok, mas a limpeza de pele foi triste ,até a que eu faço em casa fica melhor.
Mas através deles mesmo ,fiquei sabendo de um procedimento de camuflagem da estrias , pesquisei como funcionava e então decidi fazer .
Não e um procedimento barato , mas se tivesse o minimo de resultado não teria problemas.
Em fim e um procedimento que requer de uma a duas sessões para retoque de necessário.
Fiz as duas vezes ,não mudou absolutamente nada de um lado da minha perna ,porém o outro ganhei manchas horrorosas, que antes tivesse aceitado minhas estrias como eram, tentei por semanas ser atendida, para tentarem corrigir, mas não tive sucesso, hoje já tem um ano que fiz o procedimento, mexeu demais com a minha vida ,pois não uso mais shorts,nunca mais fui a praia ,tenho vergonha de tudo , decepção, frustraçao, conheci pessoas que também fizeram em outros lugares e tiveram ótimo resultados, mas a Spazio Bello, não indico a ninguém, fora os gastos que tenho ate hoje, com cremes ,para tentar clarear e nada .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento que deixou a desejar, pois a moça que ia fazer minhas unhas das mãos estava mega atarefada, então ela pintou uma das minhas mãos e fui lavar o cabelo com o rapaz ia fazer o botox, nessa situação borrei a unha e a moça falou super alto "ahh não acredito!!!" Me deixando constrangida. Sendo que logo ao entrar no local fui muito bem recebida pela recepcionista, muito gentil e educada, mas quando fui pro atendimento a mesma moça, a manicure, gritou "Essa cliente é cupom, fulana??" E aí passou a impressão de um tratamento diferenciado negativamente com os clientes que usam cupons de desconto. A dona do local é gentil e o rapaz que fez meu cabelo foi ok, mas essa funcionária não teve o menor tato. O meu cabelo ficou ótimo e unha ficou borrada. Sem mais.

O lugar e ate bonitinho, mas o espaço e péssimo muito pequeno uma bancada que deveria ter 02 pessoas , colocaram 03 e vendem escova progressiva .?
No dia que fui uma funcionário explicou a uma cliente que estava do meu lado, que a escova que ela havia cobrado não era 100% muito franca mas que ela poderia compra outra e pagar a diferença uma bem mas forte e melhor .
Vamos imaginar as funcionários de mascara , e as clientes uma do dado da outra sentimento aquele cheiro insuportável. quando reclamai a funcionário riu na minha cara , e perguntou ta brava ? e falou e assim mesmo esta progressiva e forte mesmo , acabei indo parar no pronto socorro do hospital vitória , com uma crise de insuficiência respiratória , fiquei la por três dias , sem contar que realmente a progressiva e péssima , meu cabelo e liso e parece que nunca foi feito nada .joguei meu dinheiro fora e ainda quase morri sufocada.
O questionário que e dado para preencher deveria constar perguntar se você e alérgica a cheiro do produto usado na pessoa do lado , já que e isso que quase me matou .
Ate quando este lugar vai fazer isso ? e muito grave me senti enganada , humilhada e todo o resto , vou procurar meus direito e tomar medidas cabíveis
