★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baixa qualidade no atendimento! Mais de 15 anos de mercado e até hoje não tem uma equipe 24h de plantão. O técnico veio mexer no poste perto da minha casa nem sei pra quê e tirou minha internet e agora não sei nem quando vou receber a conexão de volta, e olha que eu pago minhas faturas em dia e com extrema antecedência. Frequentemente cai no sábado após o expediente e fico o final de semana todo sem conexão e quando pergunto se vão dar desconto, falam que tem que ir pagar presencial na loja, MEUS CAROS, EU NÃO SOU OBRIGADO A PAGAR PRESENCIALMENTE, VOCÊS ENVIAM BOLETO É PRA ISSO, VOCÊS SÃO OBRIGADOS A DAR DESCONTO NO BOLETO, SE VIREM! Vou deixar claro que a partir de hoje (07/12/2020) vou abrir chamado em todos os casos de problemas e vou solicitar desconto em cada caso que a suspensão exceder o permitido por lei, vocês colocam no contrato que por serem provedor pequeno não precisam cumprir com as métricas da ANATEL, mas vocês tem que cumprir o Código de Defesa do Consumidor! Estou farto de tamanho descaso, e se não resolver vai parar na ANATEL cada reclamação não solucionada e serviço mal prestado!

Often it falls on Saturday after work and I spend the whole weekend without a connection and when I ask if they are going to give a discount, they say they have to pay in person at the store, MY DEARS, I AM NOT OBLIGATED TO PAY IN PRESENCE, YOU SEND BOLETO É PRA THAT, YOU ARE OBLIGATED TO GIVE DISCOUNT ON BOLETO, IF YOU TURN! I will make it clear that as of today (07/12/2020) I will open a call in all cases of problems and I will request a discount in each case that the suspension exceeds what is allowed by law, you put in the contract that because they are a small provider, you need to comply with ANATEL's metrics, but you have to comply with the Consumer Protection Code! I am tired of such neglect, and if it does not resolve it will stop at ANATEL every unresolved complaint and poorly rendered service!
