★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei um horário e, ao chegar ao estabelecimento, encontrei a porta fechada. Liguei duas vezes e não fui atendida. Finalmente, uma profissional desceu do segundo andar e disse, apenas, que o profissional com o qual eu tinha horário marcado não estava lá e eu teria que ligar para ele. O que é absurdo, visto que eu agendei o horário através do número de telefone do salão e não estava dentro de minhas possibilidades, assim como não era responsabilidade minha, descobrir o paradeiro do profissional que deveria me atender. Perguntei à moça que me atendeu se ela poderia ligar para o cabeleireiro e ela disse que iria ligar do andar de cima e que, se ela não retornasse, seria um sinal de que ele não a havia atendido. Compreendo que, enquanto manicure do salão (e não recepcionista), a moça não tinha obrigação de saber sobre seus colegas e suas agendas. Entretanto, fiquei assustada com a falta de cordialidade e proatividade. Foi minha primeira e última experiência no salão. Infelizmente, não tive nem acesso à qualidade do atendimento. Apenas à falta de compromisso no atendimento ao cliente que este estabelecimento demostrou a mim.
Made an appointment, and reaching the establishment, I found the door closed. I called twice and was not answered. Finally, a professional came down from the second floor and said only that the professional with whom I had scheduled was not there and I would have to call him. Which is absurd, since I made an appointment using the phone number of the salon and it was not within my means, just as it was not my responsibility to find out the whereabouts of the professional who was supposed to assist me. I asked the girl who answered if she could call the hairdresser and she said she would call from upstairs and that if she didn't return, it would be a sign that he hadn't seen her. I understand that while manicure salon (not receptionist), the girl was not required to know about your colleagues and their agendas. However, I was startled by the lack of warmth and proactivity. It was my first and last experience in the lounge. Unfortunately, I had no access to quality of care. Only the lack of commitment to customer service that this establishment has shown me.
