Eu e minha Noiva indicamos a loja para as pessoas darem presentes no aniversario dela , pois minha noiva gostava dos produtos, e assim foi feito , ela ganhou diversos presentes dai, 18 dias depois ela foi trocar algumas peças , e o rapaz disse que não poderia trocar, pois só era 15 dias, isso é uma tremenda falta de bom senso, até pq geralmente as lojas são 30 dias, mas tudo bem, resultado disso, Não compramos mais nada nessa loja, e faço questão de contar essa historia pra todos que eu tiver oportunidade, falta de consideração com cliente, falta de bom senso, desrespeito , loja de roupa bonita acho em toda esquina, vocês poderiam valorizar quem valoriza a loja de vocês.
TERRIBLE experience! I arrived and they didn't open the door. The saleswoman was on her cell phone, so a customer went over and opened it. After we were not attended, the tasters are small. The clothes are beautiful, but the quality is not the best. The week before I bought a skirt that, in one use, is already "skinned".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço caro. As vezes acho que as roupas são compradas no centro fashion e recebidas lá por preço 3x maior. Qualidade das peças ruim, vc vê que é mal costurado. Enfim. Vale a pena não. Atendimento ruim, vendedores raramente estão simpaticos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peças lindas, porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Abriram a porta, eu entrei e nem boa tarde deram. Fiquei olhando as roupas e em nenhum momento perguntaram se eu precisava de ajuda, nem nada. Depois que entrei, mais duas moças entraram e foi do mesmo jeito. Os três funcionários da loja no balcão rindo e conversando.
Tudo bem conversar, mas se você trabalha em uma loja, onde o serviço é atendimento ao cliente, deveria ser de qualidade, assim como a marca. Foi a primeira vez que me senti tão mal atendida.
Fui decidida a comprar quatro peças que vi pelo instagram, mas desisti.
Beautiful pieces, but the service leaves much to be desired. They opened the door, I went in and it wasn't even late. I looked at the clothes and in no time asked if I needed help or anything. After I entered, two more girls entered and it was the same way. The three store employees at the counter laughing and talking.
It's okay to talk, but if you work in a store, where the service is customer service, it should be of quality, as well as the brand. It was the first time that I felt so poorly attended.
I decided to buy four pieces that I saw on Instagram, but I gave up.
