Demorava para responder as perguntas pelo Whats e quando liguei, após ter relatado que as informações estavam contrárias do que haviam me passado, responderam grosseiramente. Insisti por causa do preço acessível mas acabei desistindo depois de ter sido tratada daquela forma.
A lot of trouble when giving me a fixed amount. Diverging information and in the end did not know what the value was. It took me a long time to answer the questions for the Whats, and when I called, after reporting that the information was contrary to what had happened to me, they answered rudely. I insisted because of the affordable price but eventually gave up after being treated that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Muita enrolação no atendimento e grosseria para falar. Em vez de dar uma resposta ficaram enrolando falando que ia ter mudança para o meu destino e iriam entrar em contato mas a resposta sempre foi a mesma: depois vai ter. Mas esse depois nunca chegou. Sem contar que cada vez era um preço diferente e uma pessoa diferente que passava as informações e a pessoa seguinte falava que o anterior não tinha crédito para tomar esse tipo de decisão. Uma dor de cabeça e um atraso na minha vida é a experiência que ficou. Só dou uma estrela porque é obrigatório.
Bad service. Lots of trouble in service and rudeness to talk about. Instead of giving an answer they got around saying that there was going to be a move to my destination and they would get in touch but the answer was always the same: then there will be. But that later never came. Not to mention that each time was a different price and a different person who passed the information and the next person said that the previous one had no credit to make that kind of decision. A headache and a delay in my life is the experience left. I only give one star because it's required.
