pior internet q ja usei na vida e olha q contratei o plano de 150mb....ja vou migrar pra outro provedor, DECEPCAO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me fizeram esperar 3 semanas para a suposta "instalação" apenas para o técnico chegar já dizendo que não poderia porque a Caixa onde fazem as conexões já estava cheia. Bom trabalho perdendo clientes leste, deveriam ter visto isso antes de enviar o tecnico, empresa despreparada. Enquanto a Connect foi super profissional ao me atender e instalar.
I was made to wait 3 weeks for the supposed "installation" just for the technician to arrive already saying he couldn't because the box where the connections are made was already full. Good job losing customers east, you should have seen this before sending the technician, unprepared company. While Connect was super professional in assisting and installing me.

If I could give 0 stars, TERRIBLE service, I've been without internet for almost 1 week and the service sucks. They take HOURS to respond to a single message, dragging out the service until the end of the day and NOTHING IS RESOLVED. I'm switching to connect.
