★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Leste oferece uma bela propaganda mas o fato é que o serviço deixa a desejar. Quando não cai regularmente o serviço é lento. Estou pagando 100 reais por um serviço que tem sido oferecido hoje a novos clientes por 80 reais...Voce requisita avaliação de velocidade e queda e eles não enviam equipe pra serviço. Cabe a vc baixar um aplicatico para resolver a questão. Enfim, decepcionado. Depois que vc paga ,vc é mais um na fila do pão...
 The Leste offers a nice advertisement but the fact is that the service leaves something to be desired. When it doesn't drop regularly the service is slow. I'm paying 100 reais for a service that has been offered today to new customers for 80 reais... You ask for speed and drop evaluation and they don't send a team for service. It is up to you to download an application to resolve the issue. Finally, disappointed. After you pay, you are one more in the bread line...

POSSO PROCESSAR VOCÊS E INCLUIR A MULTA POR ESSES DIAS QUE PERCO DE NO TRABALHO AGUARDANDO??! ESTÁ NA HORA DE REGULAR MELHOR ESSES TÉCNICOS NA EUA , VIGIAR A ROTA DELES, AUMENTAR EQUIPE.. PESSIMA GESTÃO
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! ADVERTISING IS BEAUTIFUL! I CHANGED MY PLAN TO A PLAN WITH ROUTER. THEY CALLED 3X OF THE TECHNICIAN TO COME HERE TO MODIFY THE ROUTER AND IN THE 3X THEY DIDN'T COME. CAN I SUE YOU AND INCLUDE THE FINE FOR THESE DAYS I MISS AT WORK WAITING??! IT'S TIME TO BETTER REGULATE THESE TECHNICIANS IN THE USA, SUPERVISE THEIR ROUTE, INCREASE TEAM.. BAD MANAGEMENT

Mandei mensagem num DOMINGO solicitando reparo e me atenderam no mesmo dia! Incrível. Suporte de primeira. Estão de parabéns!
Unprecedented. I have never seen more efficient service in my entire life. There is simply nothing to complain about. I had a drop in my connection due to a break in the optical cable on the street. I sent a message on a Sunday asking for repair and they answered me on the same day! Incredible. First class support. They are to be congratulated!
