Estive hoje dia 11/12/19, eu e minha esposa fomos convidados a ir conhecer por um casal de amigos, quando chegamos o casal já estavam comendo, comida mexicana pois não tinha o rodízio de mini hambúrguer, quetionei se pagariamos metade pois estavam servindo metade do rodízio, disseram que não, questionei se poderia então servir 1 hambúrguer do tamanho normal por pessoa para compensar também disseram não.
Como nossos amigos já estavam comendo, ficamos mesmo assim, sei que isso não vai resolver mas deveriam repensar quando algo do tipo acontecer
 Unfortunately my experience was one of the worst.
I was today 11/12/19, my wife and I were invited to meet by a couple of friends, when we arrived the couple were already eating, Mexican food because there was the mini burger carvery, I wondered if we would pay half because they were serving half of the carvery said no, I wondered if I could then serve 1 normal-size hamburger per person to compensate they also said no.
As our friends were already eating, I still know this will not solve but should rethink when something happens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom, primeiramente queria dizer que o Lanche é maravilhoso. Mas só isso foi bom em nossa experiência. Fui com minha esposa e pedimos 1 porção de batata com bacon de entrada e 2 lanches com batata. A demora do atendimento é muita e quando pedimos para tirar alguns ingredientes do lanche o garçom fez cara feia. Depois de tanta espera a bata de entrada chegou (muito boa por sinal) e depois de mais demora o Lanche chegou quente, mas a batata estava gelada. Pedimos então uma batata nova e adivinha só? Deram um choque na batata gelada no óleo quente e mandaram novamente pra mesa a batata toda encharcada (bom, logo eu que já trabalhei em cozinha e sei bem como é isso). Mas tirando isso, o lanche e as lemonades de blueberry, Blackberry, e cranberry estavam ótimas. Voltaria só pelo lanche. De resto não!
Well, first I wanted to say that the snack is wonderful. But that alone was good in our experience. I went with my wife and ordered 1 portion of potato with bacon for starter and 2 potato snacks. The delay of the service is long and when we asked to take some ingredients from the snack the waiter scowled. After so much waiting the entry dressing arrived (very good by the way) and after a while the snack arrived hot, but the potato was cold. So we order a new potato and guess what? They shocked the cold potato in the hot oil and sent the soaked potato back to the table again (well, I already worked in the kitchen and I know how it is). But aside from that, the blueberry, blackberry, and cranberry snacks and lemonades were great. Would go back just for the snack. Not for the rest!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha esposa e escolhemos um rodízio cada: mini-hambúrguer e comida mexicana.
O rodízio de mini-hambúrguer é muito bom. Dá para se sentir a qualidade de cada um dos lanches.
O de comida mexicana nos pareceu ruim (em comparação aos demais mexicanos que conhecemos). O guacamole não parecia guacamole (não estava cremoso, o abacate havia escurecido e não se notavam os acompanhamentos), os nachos não estavam crocantes (e estavam muito quebrados), nada estava apimentado, os recheios estavam sem sabor (o que não confere com a culinária mexicana) e a batata frita com molhos veio fria (talvez os molhos que a cobriam estivessem gelados - o que esfriou o prato todo).
A exceção foram os burritos, que estavam muito saborosos.
Ponto positivo para a garçonete, que foi extremamente simpática, prestativa e atenciosa.
Ponto positivo, também, para o responsável pela casa, pois nos questionou sobre a qualidade e soube receber bem as críticas, apontando os problemas pontuais e já pensando em possíveis soluções.
Voltaremos, com certeza, pois o local é agradável, o atendimento é bom e a proposta é interessante.
I went with my wife and chose a carvery each: mini burger and mexican food.
The mini burger carvery is very good. You can feel the quality of each snack.
The Mexican food seemed bad to us (compared to the other Mexicans we know). The guacamole did not look like guacamole (it was not creamy, the avocado had darkened and the side dishes were not noticed), the nachos were not crispy (and were very broken), nothing was spicy, the fillings were tasteless (which does not match the Mexican cuisine) and the fries with sauces came cold (maybe the sauces that covered it were cold - which cooled the whole dish).
The exception was the burritos, which were very tasty.
Positive point to the waitress, who was extremely friendly, helpful and attentive.
Positive point, too, for the head of the house, because he asked us about the quality and knew how to welcome criticism, pointing out the specific problems and already thinking of possible solutions.
We will be back, for sure, because the place is nice, the service is good and the proposal is interesting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar muito aconchegante, ótimas músicas de fundo (Tocando até Metallica), mini hambúrgueres gostosos, porém o que mais gostei foi o rodízio de comida mexicana!
Very cozy place, great music in the background (Playing until Metallica), tasty mini burgers, but what I liked the most was the Mexican food rodízio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a comida é muito boa. Nao sei outros dias mas quando fomos (7/11/19). O serviço de rodízio teve muitas reclamações de demora. nos informaram que tinha 2 funcionários da cozinha de folga. Eu paguei por rodízio e foi chato. ja peguei o Black tequila lotado e não passei por isso. No lets eat era uma quantia normal de mesas de uma quinta a noite. mas eu voltaria sim se o problema for resolvido.
the food is very good. I don't know other days but when we went (7/11/19). The carvery service has had many complaints of delay. We were informed that we had 2 staff from the kitchen off. I paid for carvery and it was boring. I already got the crowded Black tequila and didn't go through it. No lets eat was a normal amount of tables on a Thursday night. but I would go back if the problem is solved.
