★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu cartão só ultilisei apenas duas vezes e quando fui usar novamente fui informado que está bloqueado , uma loja que fica muito distante do centro da cidade e só desbloqueia lá
Deveria ter outros correspondente mais perto pra desbloqueia...
E outra que não teve motivo pra bloquear pq fui eu mesmo que usei.?
I only used my card twice and when I used it again I was informed that it is blocked , a store that is very far from the city center and only unlocks there
There should be other correspondents closer to unlock...
And another one that had no reason to block because I used it myself.'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ao completar 60 anos procurei fazer o cartão do passe livre,foi informada que a impressão estava com problemas, já voltei após uma semana e continua sem funcionar,ao utilizar os transportes coletivos,passo por constrangimento toda vez que tenho que me identificar e mostrar o RG,em decorrência disso continuo fazendo recarga no cartão leva esperando a situação se normalizar.
When I turned 60 I tried to make the free pass card, I was informed that the printing was having problems, I came back after a week and it still doesn't work, when using public transport, I go through embarrassment every time I have to identify myself and show the RG, as a result, I continue to recharge the card, waiting for the situation to normalize.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrivel de uma senhora, mal dão informações! Ja fiz tres viagens lá por falta de informações!!!! Fora que hoje fui atendida por essa senhora no maior deboche do mundo falando que só tenho direito na passagem de estudante UM dia. Ronaldo e outro rapaz sempre me atenderam bem, mas essa senhora é péssima!!!!!! Pior ainda é que só existe esse serviço aqui em Caruaru. Única empresa que resolve isso… detalhe que tudo a gente que paga.
Horrible service from a lady, barely give information! I have already made three trips there due to lack of information!!!! Apart from that today I was attended by this lady in the biggest mockery in the world saying that I only have the right to student ticket ONE day. Ronaldo and another guy always treated me well, but this lady is terrible!!!!!! Worse still is that this service only exists here in Caruaru. The only company that solves this… detail that everything we pay.

Eu estou tentando fazer meu Leva de Estudante desde Fevereiro, o atendente me informou que a carteira de estudante provisória servia. Quando cheguei pra fazer NÃO ERA VÁLIDO! TINHA QUE SER A FÍSICA
Emiti a carteira de estudante física, levei os documentos que precisavam para fazer um novo
E mesmo assim, não fui atendido porque a IMPRESSORA ESTÁ EM MANUTENÇÃO COM PREVISÃO PARA O DIA 20 DE CONSERTO E PRECISO LEVAR XEROX DE DOCUMENTOS!
NÃO SEI PORQUÊ TODA ESSA COMPLICAÇÃO PARA ALGO TÃO SIMPLES! Só quero fazer o cartão por necessidade porque JAMAIS FARIA COM O LEVA NOVAMENTE!
THE WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD
I've been trying to do my Student Leva since February, the attendant informed me that the provisional student ID would do. When I arrived to do it IT WAS NOT VALID! IT HAS TO BE PHYSICS
I issued the physical student card, took the documents they needed to make a new one
And even so, I was not answered because the PRINTER IS IN MAINTENANCE SCHEDULED FOR THE 20th OF REPAIR AND I NEED TO TAKE A XEROX OF DOCUMENTS!
I DON'T KNOW WHY ALL THIS COMPLICATION FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE! I just want to make the card out of necessity because I WOULD NEVER DO IT WITH LEVE AGAIN!
