E eles solicitaram essa maldita empresa Levcar do rodolfo teofilo passei mais 3 horas com minha família dentro carro toda vez que que eu ligava eles falavam que estavam chegando . Ate que a própria bv cancelou mandou eu pedir particular que eles iriam me reembolsar vou procurar meus direitos !
I ordered a trailer for the bv. And they requested this damn company Levcar from rodolfo teofilo spent another 3 hours with my family in the car every time I called they said they were coming. Until the bv itself canceled I had to ask privately that they would reimburse me and I will look for my rights!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO!!! PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA!!! Falta de profissionalismo desde o atendimento até o serviço prestado. Atendimento péssimo, não cumpriram com o prazo combinado para entrega do serviço, entregaram meu carro IMUNDO (bancos, tapetes, painel, tudo empoeirado, com marcas de sapato e sujeira!) e ainda quebraram a peça da maçaneta da minha porta e se recusaram a consertar - não aceitei que apenas colassem a peça quebrada, disseram que iam providenciar uma nova peça e não cumpriram mais uma vez com o acordado, informando depois novamente que apenas colariam a peça quebrada. Prejuízo financeiro e de tempo levar seu carro nesse estabelecimento!!! Totalmente insatisfeita!!!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! VERY EXPERIENCE !!! Lack of professionalism from the service to the service. Poor service, they did not meet the deadline for delivery of the service, they delivered my IMUNDO car (benches, carpets, panel, all dusty, with shoe and dirt marks!) And they still broke the door handle and refused to I did not accept that they just glued the broken piece, they said they were going to arrange a new piece and they did not do it again with the agreed one, and then again they would only glue the broken piece. Financial loss and time to take your car in this establishment !!! Totally unsatisfied !!!
