Não existe nem uma placa informando que não se pode realizar troca , me informei se poderia fazer a troca pois seria presente, a caixa me informou que sim, a gerente se recusou a fazer pois seria por outra marca . Como assim?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fiz a compra de um sapato NA UNIDADE BANGU no dia 15/12/2020 dia 09/01/2021 fiz a primeira lavagem e o sapato se desmanchou igual papel camurça.
O pior foi a Sra que atende no caixa falou: SAPATO NÃO SE LAVA. PRINCIPALMENTE COM ÁGUA.
Então deixo aqui que tive que brigar pra fazer a troca de um produto com menos de 30 dias de uso.
Me negaram a 2ª vias na nota ( direito total do consumidor) A msm Sra , relatou que eu que deveria ter pedido para colocar o meu CPF na nota.
*Conclusão : Pois atendimento e respeito aos direitos do consumido : PÉSSIMO.
I bought a shoe at BANGU UNIT on 12/15/2020 on 9/9/2021 I did the first wash and the shoe fell apart like suede paper.
The worst was the Mrs. who answered the cashier said: SHOE DON'T WASH. MAINLY WITH WATER.
So I leave here that I had to fight to exchange a product with less than 30 days of use.
I was denied the 2nd copy in the note (total consumer right) Msm, Mrs., reported that I should have asked to put my CPF in the note.
* Conclusion: Because care and respect for the consumer's rights: Lousy.

Havaianas com muitíssimas opções de modelos tanto feminina, quanto masculina, melhor lugar para comprar havaianas, no entanto o atendimento deixa a desejar, além disso fuz uma compra grande e só na hora de pagar que me avisaram que não estavam parcelando, não fazem trocas, enfim a relação com o cliente é duvidosa
