Entrei em contato há um mês atrás e até então não tinham o painel que eu queria mas disseram que já tinham encomendado. Aguardei 1 mês até mandar mensagem novamente, e aí me mandaram foto de um painel totalmente diferente. Eu questionei pq não sabia se estava falando com a mesma pessoa que me atendeu da primeira vez, e mandei até o print da conversa, mas a resposta foi:
- Querida, não tenho!
o meu é redondo?
- lhe atende ?
- caso não, não consigo lhe atneder
- boa sorte na sua procura!
Enfim, achei bem grosseiro, se soubesse que seria diferente do da foto que mandei pra eles teria procurado em outro lugar. Faltam 2 semanas para meu evento e vou ter que correr para achar um painel ??
Terrible service! I was treated very badly ?
I got in touch a month ago and so far they didn't have the panel I wanted but they said they had already ordered. I waited 1 month to send a message again, and then they sent me a picture of a totally different panel. I asked because I didn't know if I was talking to the same person who answered me the first time, and I sent it to the screenshot of the conversation, but the answer was:
- Honey, I don't!
is mine round?
- Do you answer?
- if not, I can't answer
- Good luck in your search!
Anyway, I thought it was pretty rude, if I knew it would be different from the photo I sent them I would have looked elsewhere. My event is 2 weeks away and I'll have to rush to find a panel ??
