I, who have never been adept at physical exercise, found myself at Pilates with teacher Lilian's classes. Classes are personalized, the teacher is always close by accompanying and guiding. The studio's equipment is excellent. I highly recommend.

As aulas sao dinâmicas e personalizadas de acordo com as necessidades de cada aluno, todas as aulas possuem exercícios que variam para trabalhar todo o corpo e pra não ficar repetitivo. O espaço conta com muitos equipamentos e todos eles novinhos. As professoras são muito atenciosas, corrigindo os exercícios e sempre progredindo na dificuldade para desenvolvimento dos alunos. Os horários são muito flexíveis, quando preciso remarcar conto com várias opções de dias e horários, o ambiente tem uma energia incrível. Eu sempre detestei atividade física e aprendi a gostar com a professora Lilian, além de gostar de atividade, tive uma perda de peso significativa com o Pilates. Eu super recomendo o studio!
I took several experimental classes in different studios, visited many spaces, talked to many professionals and definitely Studio Levestar was where I found much more than I was looking for. Classes are dynamic and personalized according to the needs of each student, all classes have exercises that vary to work the whole body and not to get repetitive. The space has a lot of equipment and all of them are brand new. The teachers are very attentive, correcting the exercises and always progressing in the difficulty for the students' development. The hours are very flexible, when I need to reschedule I have several options of days and times, the atmosphere has incredible energy. I always hated physical activity and I learned to enjoy it with Professor Lilian, in addition to enjoying activity, I had a significant weight loss with Pilates. I highly recommend the studio!
