Enrolam o cliente na hora de entregar a nossa via do contrato de aluguel. Inventam mil desculpas diferentes, dizem que entregarão em tal data e não entregam assim como dizem que vão entrar em contato e não entram também.
Já tem mais de duas semanas que estamos na luta pra pegar a nossa via do contrato e eles só sabem enrolar.

They wrap the customer up when delivering our copy of the rental contract. They invent a thousand different excuses, say that they will deliver on that date and do not deliver just as they say they will get in touch and do not enter either.
We have been fighting for over two weeks to get our copy of the contract and they just know how to roll.
