Marquei um horário com muita antecedência, mas no dia quando cheguei a clínica uma das responsáveis disse que não atenderia porque tentou confirmar horario comigo e nao conseguiu. Aonde ja se viu isso? Essa confirmação e apenas para lembrar o cliente, nao confirmar o atendimento. Nao volto mais pela desorganização e falta de respeito com o cliente.
