★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, péssimo serviço prestado a única internet que sempre estar em manutenção e nunca resolve o problema, ligamos e ninguém atende pode ser notado que isso não é uma questão minha muitos outros usuários reclamando do mesmo problema.
Estamos pagando pra não ter internet, ainda assim dizem ser uma empresa correta deveria por na propaganda (lexcom esta com sorte, contrate e tente ter internet) ??
 Terrible service, terrible service provided the only internet that is always under maintenance and never solves the problem, we called and no one answers it can be noticed that this is not my issue many other users complaining about the same problem.
We are paying for not having internet, yet they say that it is a correct company should put it in the advertisement (lexcom is lucky, hire and try to have internet) ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago caro pela internet de fibra óptica fora a instalação que também e cara até ai tudo bem mas esse mês de agosto de dias sem internet já vai fazer 6, chego do trabalho acho que vou descansar e assistir nem q seja um filme, dia de sexta feira aí fico sexta sábado e domingo sem internet porq eles só funciona segunda, de mas atenção pra seus clientes e resolva essa situação, gleba C Acajutiba perto de vcs e direto sem internet, passei um dia de pagar e juros de 2 reais e fração, tenho 6 sem usar só esse mês quero ver quanto vai abater, vcs tem que saber o direito de vcs e do cliente de vcs também. Espero que resolva o mas rápido possível

Da pra contar nos dedos os dias do MÊS que funciona, quase sempre algo acontece, é instabilidade, problema geral na rede, parada de emergência, interrompimento elétrico( " Meteoro atingiu a central, Furacão arrancou os cabos , Dinossauros comeram a equipe técnica" ? brincadeiras a parte, )QUANDO funciona é boa +/-

Se quiser 100MB CONTRATA 200MB
Porque aqui em casa chega praticamente metade do q contratei
