★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito ruim. Fiz uma compra online, mandaram errado, mandaram novamente e o produto também não chegou. Ao invés de se desculparem e serem cordiais ficaram contestando que o envio foi feito de forma correta. Pedi reembolso. Pelo atendimento ruim não voltarei a comprar.
Very bad service. I made an online purchase, sent it wrong, sent it again and the product didn't arrive either. Instead of apologizing and being friendly, they contested that the sending was done correctly. I asked for a refund. For the bad service I will not buy again.

Disappointed. I bought a kit and arrived today. The color of the steel came from the wrong stained entity. Twisted pieces. With adjustment deviation. Badly finished. Completely different than I imagined. Very sorry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento em si é razoável,estavam servindo champanhes.e outras bebidas e nem ao menos me ofereceram. só serviam clientes "padrões" sangue azul deve ser..enfim isso nem foi o problema.comprei um colar de cruz e uma pulseira de cruz tb..nao deu 7 dias e ja ficaram pretas.e olha que não foi barato..péssima qualidade..no site é uma coisa e ao vivo é outra.
não comprarei mais..1 pelo atendimento dos funcionários e a forma que eles te julgam só pelo olhar(ridiculo) isso..sai de jundiai todo empolgado e foi uma péssima experiência.e 2 pela qualidade horrorosa, me decepcionei demais.dinheiro jogado fora..espero que melhores os serviços de vocês.
The service itself is reasonable, they were serving champagnes and other drinks and they didn't even offer me. they only served "standard" customers blue blood must be..well that wasn't even the problem.I bought a cross necklace and a cross bracelet too..it didn't take 7 days and they already turned black.and it wasn't cheap..bad quality..on site is one thing and live is another.
I will not buy again..1 for the service of the employees and the way they judge you just by the look (ridiculous) that..I left Jundiai all excited and it was a bad experience.and 2 for the horrible quality, I was very disappointed.money wasted ..I hope you improve your services.
