★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma TV LG paguei mais de 2.000 reais e depois de um ano de uso ela começou a apresentar defeito na tela um risco bem no centro e a parte de baixo fica tremendo. Tentei entrar em contato com a empresa por se tratar de um vício oculto e a empresa disse que estou mentindo e que se eu quiser resolver que entre em contato com as redes autorizadas e arque com o prejuízo. A minha TV só tem 1448 horas de uso pelo tempo que a tenho e considerada nova não compre nada da LG porque depois que tu gastar o teu dinheiro com os aparelhos deles o consumidor que se lasque. Vou entrar com uma ação contra a empresa e quero pedir ressarcimento pelo aparelho e pelos danos que esta situação está me causando.
 I bought a LG TV I paid more than 2,000 reais and after a year of use it started to show a defect in the screen, a risk right in the center and the bottom part is shaking. I tried to contact the company because it is a hidden addiction and the company said that I am lying and that if I want to resolve it, contact the authorized networks and bear the loss. My TV only has 1448 hours of use for as long as I have it and considered new don't buy anything from LG because after you spend your money on their devices the consumer will chip. I am going to file a lawsuit against the company and I want to claim compensation for the device and for the damage this situation is causing me.

Já tive três celulares da marca LG ,nunca tive problemas agora mês de junho comprei um k50 para minha filha estudar pelo zoom e com um mês de uso ele simplesmente deu um apagão ,e fui mexendo até que voltou a funcionar ,mas agora semana passada aconteceu a mesma coisa ela estava em aula derrepente apagou tudo e não funcionou mais ,levei para a loja eles tem que esperar retorno da LG poderem enviar para assistência em São Paulo ,que leva uns 20
a 30 dias para concertarem ,e daí ela tenho que deixar meu celular com ela para ter aula, infelizmente nesse celular k50 não dei sorte ,infelizmente as lojas não podem mandar com que arrumem com urgência ,até lá temos que esperar ,????

to 30 days to fix it, and then she has to leave my cell phone with her to have class, unfortunately on this k50 phone I was not lucky, unfortunately stores cannot order them to fix it urgently, until then we have to wait, ????

Já fiz reclamação no Reclame Aqui e a LG respondeu que a RC que eu comprei no ano de 2017 já encontra-se obsoleta para os novos APPS que surgem no mercado. Não consigo baixar, pq a minha App Store não atualiza. No ato da compra, não foi me dito que eu, num prazo de 4 anos, não conseguiria acompanhar as assinatura de streaming pq a tv não acompanha essa evolução. O meu investimento na época, não foi baixo, tenho que jogar no lixo!!! Acesso à internet através dela, pq não atualiza os Apps??? Tenho um notebook de 2013, e o utilizo até hoje!!! Pq as smarts tvs, do ponto de vista de um consumidor, tornaram muito próximo de um computador. Não aceito. Espero que todos os consumidores desta marca, procurem os seus direitos de consumidor, pq não compramos produtos “descartáveis”.
My complain is about smart tv. I've already made a complaint on Reclame Aqui and LG replied that the RC I bought in 2017 is already obsolete for the new APPS that appear on the market. I can't download because my App Store doesn't update. At the time of purchase, I was not told that I, within a period of 4 years, would not be able to follow the streaming subscriptions because TV does not follow this evolution. My investment at the time was not low, I have to throw it away!!! Internet access through it, why not update the Apps??? I have a 2013 notebook, and I still use it today!!! Because smart TVs, from a consumer's point of view, have become very close to a computer. I do not accept. I hope that all consumers of this brand, seek their consumer rights, because we do not buy “disposable” products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um Tablet pro meu neto e o mesmo não funcionou muito tempo dando perda total.Ninguém por aqui conserta.Gostaria de mandar o Tablet para a fábrica para vcs verem pra mim.Nao tenho mais como comprar outro no momento,e tenho certeza que para vcs não seria difícil.Nem pelo Procon deu jeito.Já se passaram alguns anos e não consegui resolver para meu neto

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo investimento! Comprei uma lava e seca vc4 e foi uma decepção e não arrumam uma solução, nem troca e nem fazem devolução com 3 meses de compra dando problema desde primeira lavagem. E pior, a empresa trata com descaso. Comprei pensando ser maravilhoso porém desde as primeiras lavagens ela mancha as roupas. Foram mais de 30 peças manchadas. Fica cheio de manchas como se fosse graxa e não sai mesmo colocando de molho depois. O técnico veio em minha casa, testou e viu que mancha porém não sabe o que é o defeito. A empresa por sua vez entra em contradição nas justificativas. Primeiro alegou que era amaciante sendo que não usamos amaciante no teste com o técnico. Agora alega ser excesso de sabão sem ao menos saber quanto uso. Isso para não trocar/ devolver o dinheiro do equipamento! Um absurdo, máquina cara dessa, trazer tantos transtornos. Depois de ter comprado e perdido roupas achei vários depoimentos de pessoas que também estão tendo o mesmo problema. Estou processando a LG pelo descaso e pelo tempo que estou sem máquina de lavar pois não confio na lavadora! Não quero mais perder roupas. NÃO COMPREM!!!!!!
Bad investment! I bought a vc4 wash and dry and it was a disappointment and they do not find a solution, neither exchange nor return it after 3 months of purchase, giving problems since the first wash. And worse, the company treats it with indifference. I bought it thinking it was wonderful but since the first washes it stains the clothes. There were more than 30 stained pieces. It gets stained like grease and doesn't even come out after soaking. The technician came to my house, tested it and saw the stain, but he doesn't know what the defect is. The company, in turn, contradicts its justifications. First he claimed it was fabric softener since we didn't use fabric softener in the test with the technician. Now it claims to be excess soap without even knowing how much I use. This is so as not to exchange/return the money for the equipment! An absurd, expensive machine like that, to bring so much inconvenience. After buying and losing clothes I found several testimonials from people who are also having the same problem. I'm suing LG for the negligence and for the time I'm without a washing machine because I don't trust the washer! I don't want to lose any more clothes. DON'T BUY!!!!!!
