Quando a empresa agendou, foi questionado se os dois procedimentos seriam realizados no mesmo endereço, pois uma funcionária teve que se locomover para outro endereço para realizar a audiometria, a atendente informou que ambos seriam feitos no mesmo local.
Quando cheguei, passei com a médica e realizei o exame médico, no momento da audiometria, a recepcionista agendou meu exame na Vila Mariana, para o mesmo dia. O local que agendaram só funciona até as 11h30, sendo que já passava das 11h. Tive que sair correndo no meio da Paulista para esse outro endereço, cheguei 11h43 e após implorar muito, consegui realizar a audiometria.
Resumindo, total descaso! Não recomendo, já reclamei também no RH, estamos tomando as medidas para troca de empresa.

When the company booked, it was asked whether the two procedures would be performed at the same address, as an employee had to move to another address to perform the audiometry, the attendant informed that both would be done at the same location.
When I arrived, I went with the doctor and underwent the medical exam, at the time of the audiometry, the receptionist scheduled my exam in Vila Mariana, for the same day. The place they scheduled only works until 11:30 am, and it was already after 11:00 am. I had to run in the middle of Paulista to this other address, I arrived at 11:43 am and after begging a lot, I managed to do the audiometry.
In short, total neglect! I do not recommend it, I have also complained in HR, we are taking steps to change the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários não respeita a ordem de chega. Uma verdaira falta de respeito com os usuários. Cheguei às 8 da manhã até às 10 estava aguardando atendimento. Questionário as funcionárias e disseram que seguia a ordem, porém todos chegaram depois. Total desrespeito com as pessoas.
