Graças à LG recebi uma Tv nova, quanto a assistência o serviço é muito a desejar, não resolve o problema e ainda o produto volta com defeito e no laudo mostra que não foi encontrado problemas no produto. Vai entender!
LG TV under warranty, came back all scratched and crumpled metal parts in February 2015. Thanks to LG I received a new TV, as for assistance the service is much to be desired, it does not solve the problem and still the product comes back defective and the report shows that no problems were found in the product. Go figure!

Mine was terrible I had damage, my TV was with sound and no image they did the concert with a 3 month warranty with 4 months it came back with the same defect I lost it was my money that's so good

A tv com 6 meses apresentou o mesmo defeito, liguei pra lá . Fui informado que terei se pagar outro reparo.

The TV with 6 months had the same defect, I called there. I was informed that I will have to pay for another repair.
