★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui efetuar uma troca com o produto devidamente na sacola da loja, e a vendedora disse que não poderia trocar alegando que aquele modelo não era vendido nessa Liabella, e sim na da Paulo Barbosa. ( o que pra mim, fica muito mais distante para ir) Eu gostaria de ter trocado por outra coisa, mas pela falta de interesse da loja em solucionar o problema, eu não consegui.
Não recomendo que presenteiem alguém com produtos da loja, já que a troca pareceu burocrática e tratada com descaso.
 I went to make an exchange with the product properly in the store bag, and the saleswoman said she could not exchange it, claiming that that model was not sold in this Liabella, but in Paulo Barbosa. (which for me is much farther to go) I would have liked to exchange it for something else, but due to the store's lack of interest in solving the problem, I couldn't.
I do not recommend giving someone products from the store as a gift, as the exchange seemed bureaucratic and treated with carelessness.
