★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima auto escola, só deu dor de cabeça e só se importam em pegar seu dinheiro. A administração é horrível, desmarcam as aulas sem avisar e direto cancelam as aulas. Horrível mesmo, não recomendo. Zero estrelas.
 Lousy driving school, just gave you a headache and only care about taking your money. The administration is horrible, they cancel classes without warning and directly cancel classes. Really horrible, I don't recommend it. Zero stars.

O ruim não importa se o meu objetivo foi concluído, pq eu estou habilitado e é oq importa.
Agora os pontos bons, certamente aquela tal de Elaine está dentro, afinal, nunca fui tão bem atendido como fui por ela e acredito que não sou o único.
This driving school had good and bad points like everywhere else.
The bad doesn't matter if my goal has been completed, because I am qualified and that's what matters.
Now the good points, certainly that Elaine is in, after all, I was never as well attended as I was by her and I believe that I'm not the only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço péssimo prestam serviço muito mau. Quase um ano, pra chegar minha CNH cada vez que chegava lar. Uma história diferente. Se alguém está pensando eu tira sua carta, CNH nessa Auta escola não recomendo só vai ter dor de cabeça. e perda de tempo.
Lousy service provide very bad service. Almost a year, to get my CNH every time I got home. A different story. If someone is thinking, I take your letter, CNH in this Auta school I do not recommend it will only have a headache. It's a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo auto-escola liberdade 4, fundida com a CFC São Paulo, a todos que apreciam lerdeza com um toque de burocracia, acompanhada de muita ineficiência e descaso.
O processo de 1a habilitação de outras auto-escolas é bem simples e rápido. Eu, pessoalmente, prefiro um processo bem lento, que faz com que vc tenha que pagar uma taxa extra de 300 reais para a auto-escola.
Aprecio uma demora na marcação de aulas e de provas. As aulas também gosto do sistema de sorteio, em que vc tem 50% de chance de pegar um instrutor ruim e 50% de um bom, dando bastante emoção.
Por essas razões que escolhi a cfc Sao Paulo/Auto-Escola Liberdade 4. Aventuras burocráticas de começo ao fim!

The first qualification process of other driving schools is very simple and fast. I personally prefer a very slow process, which makes you have to pay an extra fee of 300 reais for the driving school.
I appreciate a delay in scheduling classes and exams. The classes also like the lottery system, in which you have a 50% chance of catching a bad instructor and 50% of a good one, giving a lot of emotion.
For these reasons I chose cfc Sao Paulo / Auto-Escola Liberdade 4. Bureaucratic adventures from beginning to end!

Começando da parte administrativa onde existem péssimos funcionários , deixo em destaque a Elaine que trata as pessoas que nem lixo.
Dos instrutores poucos se salvam. E esses devem se limitar para nao sobressair pelos outros ruins.
Demora, espera, estorcao é falta de responsabilidade com o cliente.
Tudo tem q pagar... Cuidado !!!
Nunca tem horário para nada e ainda falam como se tivessem te fazendo um favor.
Pra mim não teria nenhuma estrela...

This driving school is rubbish.
Starting from the administrative part where there are terrible employees, I highlight Elaine who treats people like trash.
Of the instructors few are saved. And these must limit themselves so as not to stand out for the other bad ones.
Delay, waiting, hindrance is lack of responsibility to the customer.
Everything has to pay ... Beware !!!
They never have time for anything and they still talk as if they were doing you a favor.
For me there would be no stars ...

Independente do preço que eles venham a fazer para você não aceite, porque pelo que vejo você paga pra ter dor de cabeça . Eles cobram pra remarcar uma prova teorica 300 reias sendo que você liga no DETRAN ou em uma outra escola para saber e o valor não é nem proximo disso . NÃO VÁ NESSA AUTO ESCOLA !
The instructors are good, now the administrative part only thinks about money. Regardless of the price they will make for you do not accept, because from what I see you pay to have a headache. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima auto escola, fiz todos os procedimentos até a aulas praticas, chegando pra marcar a prova eles me enrolaram 2 vezes marcando e desmarcando o dia 17 e depois dia 28 de maio, que desmarcaram por falta de combustível, porém teve a prova do dia 28 e fiquei com falta no DEtran por erros deles que me disseram que não haveria prova nesse dia.
E foram avisados de que faltava 1 mês para vencer meu contrato e mesmo eles estando ciente deixaram vencer e me disseram pra ficar tranquila que não haveria custo nenhum e remarcariam a prova.
Agora não querem remarcar a prova e nem me reembolsar
e ainda querem que pague tudo de novo e fazer lá novamente.
Isso é falta de senso.
Very bad driving school, I did all the procedures until the practical classes, arriving to schedule the test they rolled me twice, marking and unmarking the 17th and then the 28th of May, which were canceled due to lack of fuel, but there was the test on the 28th and I was missing at DEtran because of their mistakes that told me there would be no proof that day.
And they were told that it was 1 month to win my contract and even though they were aware they let it win and told me to be calm that there would be no cost and would reschedule the race.
Now they don't want to reschedule the test or refund me
and still want me to pay everything again and do it there again.
This is nonsense.

Utilizam preço como atrativo. O primeiro atendimento parecerá humanizado, mas depois que você paga, eles fazem o que bem entendem.
Desorganizados, evasivos, apáticos frente a eventuais problemas com o aluno.
Não possuem carros suficiente para o número de alunos e portanto podem demorar meses para liberar as aulas praticas. Quando o prazo de contrato vence eles esquecem disso (aconteceu comigo). No ato da matricula dão um prazo de 3 meses para concluir todo o processo, mas isso não ocorre. Conheço alunos que estão há um ano tentando concluir o processo.
Bom, essa auto escola só pensa em lucrar. Desmarcam aulas sem nos avisar.
Possui um instrutor péssimo, todos alunos reclamam mas o interessante é que ninguém toma providência.
Enfim, o lugar é péssimo.
Dentre todo esse caos destaco que conheci dois instrutores muito bons e pacientes (Heno e Graciano). E sim, os alunos não ficam com apenas um instrutor, a auto escola vai mudando.
A desordem e falta de comprometimento se fez presente durante todo o processo.

Among all this chaos, I highlight that I met two very good and patient instructors (Heno and Graciano). And yes, students are not left with just one instructor, the driving school changes.
Disorder and lack of commitment was present throughout the process.
