★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No momento em que tive um sinistro, precisei de atendimento noturno e não fui atendida, tive que pedir guincho particular, e tive muitos transtornos para conseguir que o carro fosse encaminhado para a oficina autorizada, se não fosse pelo corretor que fez o seguro acho que até hoje estava com o carro parado na porta de minha casa.... não recomendo a ninguém esta seguradora.
When I had an accident, I needed a night service and I was not attended, I had to ask for a private tow truck, and I had a lot of inconvenience to get the car sent to the authorized repair shop, if it wasn't for the broker who made the insurance, I think to this day, my car was parked outside my house.... I don't recommend this insurance company to anyone.
