★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condomínio maravilhoso, um paraíso se não fosse a gestão que cria regras absurdas para os condôminos e visitantes, além de terceirizar e procastinar seus deveres como a manutenção da academia, jardinagem, piscina e salão de festas (péssimo estado das tomadas, etc....). Enfim, era para ser um paraíso aos condôminos.....
Wonderful condo, a paradise if not for the management that creates absurd rules for the condominiums and visitors, in addition to outsource and procast their duties as the maintenance of the gym, gardening, swimming pool and party room (terrible state of the outlets, etc ... .). Anyway, it was supposed to be a condominium paradise .....
