★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adega de muito boa qualidade. Pouca escolha de vinhos na unidade da Ponte do Socorro, bem como poucos refrigerantes light. Outras bebidas facilmente encontráveis. Atendimento simpático. Recomendo.
Very good quality wine cellar. Little choice of wines in the Ponte Socorro unit, as well as few light refreshments. Other drinks easily found. Friendly service. I recommend.

Compramos 10 caixinhas de cerveja, brinquei com o gerente perguntando o que ele ia dar de brinde p gente...ele foi muito mal educado, grosseiro e desfez de nossa compra, falando q p dar um brinde a gente teria q comprar algo mais caro. Se pra ele 240 de bebida não é nada, pra mim e p maioria da brasileiros é um valor bem razoável. Mesmo q fosse 10, ele não deveria fazer desfeita.
Um gerente moleque, sem o mínimo de preparo para lidar com pessoas em comércio.
Lá não volto nunca mais, nem indico.
Obs os funcionários foram bem atenciosos no atendimento.
We (my daughter and son-in-law) went to this winery, due to the promotional price of Petra beer. We bought 10 crates of beer, I joked with the manager asking what he was going to give us as a gift... he was very rude, rude and undid our purchase, saying that to give us a gift we would have to buy something more expensive. If for him 240 drinks is nothing, for me and the majority of Brazilians it is a very reasonable value. Even if it was 10, he shouldn't be undone.
A tomboy manager, without the slightest preparation to deal with people in commerce.
I never go back there, nor do I indicate.
Obs the employees were very attentive in the service.
