★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, loquei o carro e devolvi no aeroporto, eles fizeram a vistoria e assinou o papel de ok, depois de 3 dias o meu dinheiro que fica bloqueado não voltou para minha conta.
Segundo eles o carro tinha uma avaria no para-choque na parte de baixo, mas se eles vistoriou o carro e deu o ok como provar que realmente essa avaria foi minha.
Very bad, I blocked the car and returned it at the airport, they did the inspection and signed the paper ok, after 3 days my money that gets blocked did not come back to my account.
According to them the car had a failure in the bumper on the bottom, but if they inspected the car and gave the okay as prove that it really was my fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juliano mentiroso fala que os veiculos tem seguros e quando a pessoa necessita estoura a verdade CARROS SEM SEGUROS. Pessima experiencia com essa locadora. Nao entendo como uma empresa desse nivel continua funcionando.
Juliano liar says that vehicles have insurance and when the person needs it, the truth breaks out CARS WITHOUT INSURANCE. Bad experience with this video store. I don't understand how a company of this level continues to function.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUITO CUIDADO ... Ao entregar o carro me informaram que eu perdi uma peça que embaixo do carro, seguraram meu caução e lançaram 410,00 no meu cartão !!! O BARATO SAÍ CARO !!!
VERY CAREFUL... When delivering the car, they informed me that I lost a part that was under the car, they held my deposit and posted 410.00 on my card!!! THE CHEAP IS EXPENSIVE !!!

That's exactly what happened to me when I came in Itabuna and tried to rent a car from Localiza Hertz, that turned me down for not presenting my passport of which I had a photo on my cell phone, but I ended up renting a car from Lider. Let me tell you...Lider' staff were courteous, trustworthy, upfront, minimum paperwork required and best of all: I saved R$ 170 renting from Lider. The car was new, had just 6,000 km on, still smelled new, I didn't have to return it clean nor with full tank and they even allowed me to drop it off at Ilhéus Airport. Just an awesome experience! I strongly recommend them and I look forward to renting from them again :-)
