★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pela Larissa e pior ainda guando guando o colchão dá problema e precisa ser trocado. Tive que ameaçar acionar o Procon para o problema ser resolvido.
Lousy service by Larissa and even worse when holding the mattress is a problem and needs to be changed. I had to threaten to call Procon for the problem to be solved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora de vender é bom, claro, vendedor só pensa em comissão etc. Até que trabalham com produtos bons e preços bacanas, mas a entrega... são altamente enrolados, não sabem oq vendem, trocam produtos na entrega e no final ainda tive que ajudar ao rapaz do frete para subir as escadas do meu condomínio (mesmo eu pagando o frete). Sinceramente, deixam a desejar no quesito entrega. Minha gente, a entrega tbm faz parte da venda. Né só vender e pronto, se trata de uma cama box + colchão. Produtos grandes. Lamentável.
When selling it is good, of course, the seller only thinks about commission etc. They even work with good products and cool prices, but the delivery ... they are highly tangled, they don't know what they sell, they exchange products on delivery and in the end I still had to help the freight boy to climb the stairs of my condo (even me paying the freight). Honestly, they leave something to be desired in terms of delivery. My people, delivery is also part of the sale. Just sell it and that's it, a box bed + mattress. Great products. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema de troca que a lider faz é uma palhaçada comprei um colchão eles garantiu 90 dias pela loja em 30 dias o colchão já estava baixo e quando agente volta para reclamar o atendimento muda radicalmente para Ruin , o cliente levar a nota fiscal eles tiram uma xerox depois de quinze dias ligar uma pessoa pedindo para o cliente colocar um cabo de vasouras em cima da cama i tirar fotos e mandar pra ela via WhatsApp eles é que tem de vim verificar o produto não fazer o cliente de palhaço
The exchange system that the leader makes is a joke I bought a mattress they guaranteed 90 days for the store in 30 days the mattress was already low and when the agent comes back to claim the service radically changes to Ruin, the customer takes the invoice they take a xerox after fifteen days call a person asking the customer to put a broom handle on the bed i take pictures and send it to them via WhatsApp they have to come check the product not to make the clown customer

Em tempos em que precisamos ter atenção e o básico para atender os clientes a empresa Lider Colchões não tem. Falei com Marilia onde a mesma recusou anotar meu telefone para um possível retorno. Fica a dica se atendem assim para prospecção imagina o pós venda!
I don't recommend it, I called answered but the information is not passed on by phone, that is, customer with zero dealings!!!!!! In times when we need to pay attention and the basics to serve our customers, Lider Colchões doesn't have it. I spoke with Marilia where she refused to write down my phone number for a possible return. Here's a tip if they serve you well for prospecting, imagine the after sales!
