★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O antendimento dessa loja é pessimo. Comprei um grampeador neste estabelecimento e mesmo apresentou defeito e fui troca-lo. E fui tratada igual cachorro por sr. Edmilson. Ele queria que eu ficasse com o produto com defeito e depois de chamar a policia que o mesmo devolveu meu dinheiro. Mas não tem um pingo de educacao e não sabe tratar as pessoas com respeito. O lema o cliente tem razao não faz parte da loja. Não recomendo comprar lá.
The store's background is very bad. I bought a stapler at this establishment and even blemished and went to change it. And I was treated like a dog by mr. Edmilson. He wanted me to have the defective product and after calling the police he returned my money. But he does not have an ounce of education and does not know how to treat people with respect. The motto the customer is right is not part of the store. I do not recommend buying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na lojas Líder Couros dia 04/07/2017 para comprar alguns produtos para reformar as minhas cadeiras. Comprei couro, espuma e um grampeador de madeira. Quando foi no dia seguinte que comecei usar o grampeador ele funcionava normalmente, mas algum tempo depois parou de sair os grampos. Então dia 07/07/2017 voltei a loja pra informar o defeito. E, no entanto o dono da loja me atendeu verificou e viu que estava com defeito, sendo assim, ele trocou por outro. Fiquei feliz, pois poderia dar continuidade a minha reforma. Então quando cheguei em casa comecei grampear e de repente aconteceu o mesmo defeito, os grampos pararam de sair. Então quando foi dia 11/07/2017 voltei a loja, mas o dono começou ser grosso comigo dizendo que era eu a culpada, então eu disse que não e ainda levei uma parte da cadeira pra ele vê que não era uma madeira dura. Mas mesmo assim, ele continuou dizendo que era eu, então perguntei se teria outra marca, assim poderia trocar e pagar a diferença, mas ele disse que não tinha e que não ia trocar, então falei que eu tinha meu direito de consumidora, pois era um defeito repetitivo do mesmo produto e que era pra devolver meu dinheiro, mas ele não quis. Então liguei para meu esposo, quem sabem pensei homem com homem conversando poderia chegar a uma solução. Pensei errado o senhor Edmílson dono da Loja começou gritar no telefone e meu esposo chamou ele de moleque. Então peguei o telefone e tentei resolver, falei que ia no Procon, foi neste instante que o senhor Edmílson dono da Loja começou gritar e me desrespeitar e me xingou e pegou o dinheiro e me devolveu, mas antes xingou, gritou comigo e me pôs pra fora da loja e eu fiquei tão constrangida e envergonhada, pois tinha cliente na loja e pessoas em frente a loja. Chamei a Polícia, mas não registraram ocorrência e disse que não daria nada, pois ele havia devolvido o dinheiro. Mas o que eu queria era registrar a falta de respeito e constrangimento que ele me fez passar por eu ser mulher. Fiquei chateada e envergonhada. Meu marido queria bater nele, mas não deixei, pois ele seria preso por agressão e perderia a razão. Não compre nesta Loja que fica na Rua Guarani 404 LÍDER COUROS. Aqui fica registrada minha indignação por ter sido mal tratada por um lojista ordinário e Grosso e não sabe tratar o próximo. O pior e que a Polícia não falou nada com ele. Muito triste! Péssimo atendimento!!!
I was in the Leading Leather Stores on 07/07/2017 to buy some products to refurbish my chairs. I bought leather, foam and a wooden stapler. When it was the next day I started using the stapler it worked normally, but some time later the clips stopped coming out. So 07/07/2017 I went back to the store to report the defect. And yet the owner of the store answered me checked and saw that he was defective, so he changed for another. I was happy because I could continue my retirement. So when I got home I started stapling and suddenly the same defect happened, the staples stopped coming out. So when it was 7/17/2017 I went back to the store, but the owner started to be rude to me saying that it was me to blame, so I said no and I still took a part of the chair so he sees that it was not a hard wood. But anyway, he kept saying it was me, so I asked him if he would have another brand, so he could change and pay the difference, but he said he did not and that he would not change, so I said that I had my consumer right, a repetitive defect of the same product and that was to return my money, but he did not want to. So I called my husband, who knows I thought man to man talking could come up with a solution. I thought wrong Mr. Edmilson Lodge owner started yelling on the phone and my husband called him a brat. So I picked up the phone and tried to solve it, I said I was going to Procon, it was at this moment that Mr. Edmílson, owner of the Lodge, started yelling and disrespecting me and cursing me and took the money and gave me back, but before he cursed, yelled at me and out of the store and I was so embarrassed and ashamed because I had customer in the store and people in front of the store. I called the police, but they did not record an occurrence and said that it would not do anything, because he had returned the money. But what I wanted to do was register the lack of respect and embarrassment he put me through because I was a woman. I was upset and ashamed. My husband wanted to beat him, but I did not let him, because he would be arrested for aggression and lose his reason. Do not buy in this store that is located in Rua Guarani 404 LEADERS LEATHER. Here my indignation is registered for being badly treated by an ordinary and Grosso storekeeper and does not know how to treat the next. The worst thing is that the police did not say anything to him. Very sad! Very poor service !!!
