Estou voltando hoje, 11/12/2018, para complementar que depois de um longo tempo, (quando quiseram) envidraçaram, no entanto, na primeira chuva , escorreu água para dentro da sacada. Conforme o técnico nos instruiu, telefonamos para avisar sobre o ocorrido, desde então, estão nos enrolando , marcando visitas técnicas às quais não comparecem. E quase um mês depois de nosso contato, permanece o silêncio e a inércia por parte desta empresa Líder Envidraçamento.
Líder was the company hired by the condominium to glaze the balcony, each interested party paid for the respective service, however, the company did not provide the service, does not return phone calls, does not respond to e-mails. What to say. Ah! The Website does not exist.
I'm returning today, 12/11/2018, to complement that after a long time, (when they wanted to) they glazed, however, in the first rain, water ran into the balcony. As the technician instructed us, we called to warn about what happened, since then they've been bullying us, scheduling technical visits they don't attend. And almost a month after our contact, there remains silence and inertia on the part of this Leading Glazing company.
