Deveriam ter informado isso antes do fechamento do contrato......
Irresponsabilidade total com o consumidor.....

They delivered home stating that all you have to do is ask for a call from Compesa and Celpe, when I asked for a call I was informed that I could do it because some things still need to be completed....
They should have told you this before the contract was signed...
Total irresponsibility towards the consumer.....
