Os entregadores muito bem treinados, usando equipamentos de segurança necessários para o momento de pandemia, cuidadosos com os móveis já existente. Encontrei dois detalhes na peça e solicitei atendimento. Fui prontamente atendida pelo suporte e, novamente, os instaladores se mostraram gentis e com vontade de resolver o problema.
Com certeza foi o serviço que mais me encantou nos últimos tempos. Sinal de uma empresa que realmente se preocupa em atender seu cliente.

I want to share the excellent experience with Líder Interiores on my last purchase. All the service was amazing! From the salesperson who was very attentive, guiding me through WhatsApp and solving everything from a distance. The delivery was punctual and well monitored by the quality sector. Very well trained couriers, using safety equipment necessary for the pandemic moment, careful with the existing furniture. I found two details in the piece and requested service. I was promptly attended by the support and, again, the installers were kind and willing to solve the problem.
It was certainly the service that most enchanted me recently. Sign of a company that really cares about serving its customer.
I have no doubt that the next purchases to renovate the house will all be at Líder.
