Atendimento ótimo na hora de vender, péssimo na hora de resolver problema pós venda. A vendedora se mostrou contra qualquer tentativa de resolução desde o início.
Móveis vieram na cor errada, a loja justifica com desculpa de que a madeira apresenta diferença de tonalidade.
Diferença em madeira sim, existe, mas a cor veio errada. Nos próprios móveis há mais de um tom.
Foi escolhido o tom mais escuro das cadeiras, veio bem mais claro.
É possível ver a pequena diferença entre tom de buffet e das cadeiras, e a enorme diferença entre o buffet e a cadeira que foram entregues.
E a mesa apresenta tons irregulares, diferente do que foi escolhido. Ela está bicolor.
