eles não me atenderam, eu fiquei insistindo pra ver os modelos dos carros e camionetes, como se eu não tivesse dinheiro para comprar os veículos, fiquei tão chateada com a situação que fui no concorrente e comprei o mesmo veiculo que eles tinham, afinal perderam 180 mil porque desfizeram de mim. Vocês são péssimos, isso que tinha duas pessoas para atendimento, eles desconfiam das pessoas ficam ligados nas câmaras de segurança e preocupados com as chaves, escondendo dos clientes no porta malas

they didn't attend me, I kept insisting to see the models of the cars and vans, as if I didn't have the money to buy the vehicles, I was so upset with the situation that I went to the competitor and bought the same vehicle they had, after all they lost 180 thousand because they discarded me. You guys are terrible, they had two people to attend to, they are suspicious of people, they are connected to the security cameras and worried about the keys, hiding them from customers in the trunk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido mas desvalorizam muito seu carro enquanto o deles e sempre o valor cheio da Fipe ou mais!!! Vale a pena se vc tem dinheiro em caixa e não precisa financiar mas se precisa vale conferir mais ofertas de compra no mercado local.
I was well attended but they devalue your car a lot while theirs is always the full value of Fipe or more!!! It's worth it if you have cash and don't need to finance it, but if you do, it's worth checking out more purchase offers in the local market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desonestos, sem palavra, tentam te enrrolar, colocam defeitos inexistentes no seu carro, dizendo que terão que gastar 9, 10mil reais para consertar. Falam que o carro deles só rodou no asfalto, sendo que são carros de pessoa juridica e não de pessoa física, carros maquiados que rodaram em lavoura. Negocio carros faz mais de 20 anos, nunca tive uma experiência tão ruim. Pensaram que iriam me enrrolar, mas eu não caio em lábia e conversa fiada. Não recomendo essa loja, jamais voltarei.
Dishonest, speechless, try to trick you, put non-existent defects in your car, saying they will have to spend 9, 10 thousand reais to fix it. They say that their car only ran on asphalt, being that they are cars owned by legal entities and not individuals, cars with make-up that ran on farms. I've been in the car business for over 20 years, I've never had such a bad experience. They thought they would roll me over, but I don't fall for lip service and small talk. I do not recommend this store, will never go back.
