★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O que dizer de uma loja, que apesar de ter sido inicialmente bem atendido, sair da loja com uma sugestão dada por eles mesmos, feito o agendamento/marcação de uma visita para recuperação de um sistema de interfone, e até de um orçamento para uma possível substituição do sistema antigo por outro e simplesmente, alegaram já no dia combinado, assim mesmo pq eu liguei para confirmar e disseram que não havia nenhuma programação e para o dia seguinte teriam que "verificar na agenda se havia disponibilidade de horário".
Obviamente, dispensei... não quero nem precisar passar na frente do estabelecimento mais.
A melhor propaganda, é o boca-a-boca... a pior também!
Não recomendo. A nota de uma estrela é pq não tem como não dar nenhuma.
What can we say about a store that, despite having been initially well attended, leaves the store with a suggestion given by themselves, made the appointment/scheduling of a visit to recover an intercom system, and even a budget for a possible replacement of the old system for another and simply, they claimed on the agreed day, even so because I called to confirm and they said that there was no schedule and for the next day they would have to "check the schedule for availability".
Obviously, I passed... I don't even want to have to pass in front of the establishment anymore.
The best advertising is word of mouth... the worst too!
I do not recommend. The one star rating is because you can't give none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No primeiro contato são atenciosos,mas depois do serviço feito e pago,no meu caso paguei a vista no dinheiro,colocaram interfone HDL e fechadura elsis,o portão só abre de vez em quando,entrei em contato para trocar a fechadura pela HDL também,eu pagaria o que eles me pedissem para fazer a troca, não vieram resolver o problema.Resumindo,continuo abrindo o portão com a chave.Nao recomendo a empresa Líder,pra ninguém.
In the first contact they are attentive, but after the service was done and paid, in my case I paid cash, they put HDL intercom and elsis lock, the gate only opens from time to time, I got in touch to change the lock for HDL too, I would pay what they asked me to make the exchange, they didn't come to solve the problem. In short, I keep opening the gate with the key. I don't recommend the Líder company, to anyone.
