Nunca fui tão mal atendida na minha vida. O vendedor que não preciso nem Falar o NOME nem olhou na minha cara,eu fazia perguntas não me respondia ,me deixava na sala sozinha e sem falar que ficou colocando impecilio em tudo e nem tentou fazer uma simulação ou ver se ia dar certo ou não..
Atencimento péssimo muito mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito decepcionado com o atendimento da empresa, pois fiz uma compra de um veiculo e negociei uma pequena parte da entrada pagar em 10 promissórias detalhes todas sendo pagas em dia , primeiro o vendedor Michel foi muito atencioso na venda depois de um mês me humilhou por uma conversa de whatsapp que tenho tudo gravada, depois disso não conversei mais com o mesmo por opção minha. Agora converso com o ||financeiro Ricardo cara gente fina demais pega atencioso pra tudo porem o final da minha placa é 5 e preciso demais fazer o documento para poder andar legalmente e eles estão dificultando que eu faça o documento porque ainda faltam 5 parcelas pra pagar acho isso uma falta de respeito pois estou pagando corretamente e só quero fazer o documento do meu veiculo para poder andar normalmente sem correr risco . Quero que alguem da empresa resolva meu problema que é simples mais os mesmos estão fazendo uma bola de neve e dificultando todas as maneiras e meu carro uso pra trabalho .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento muito bom , até na hora da venda,tira foto de vc junto com o vendedor pra mostrar mais um trouxa palhaço.caiu no papo kkkkkkkk, garantia de Deus , defeito apresentado no dia seguinte luz da injeção,porta do passageiro não abria mais, vazando água do radiador ,temos de válvula vazando, coxinho do motor,levei na garantia deles defeito na injeção solução deles foi apagar a luz do painel pura gambiarra ,uma semana pra isso,e o defeito continua , voltou com brinde uma lata de fanta vázia e um palito de dente ,anda sujaram o carro, não recomendo !!!! Eles tem um centro automotivo só para maquiar os veículo,, qualquer problema liga no SAC rsrsrsrsrs que vc se sente mais enganado ,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, meu atendimento foi bom até a compra do carro depois os cara some, o vendedor entao te deixa na mão total, ai vc tem q falar com o financeiro. A loja é grande bonita te passa uma certa confiança pela estrutura, mais aí é q tá é aonde eles te pegam. Se os documentos tiver no nome da empresa Líder Veículos q foi o meu caso é fria, antes de eu efetuar a compra verifiquei no Detran não constava nenhuma multa fiz todo protocolo q é de praxe fazer, detalhe paguei a vista o carro, mais quando transferi o carro não parou de chegar multas foram mais de 20 todas por excesso de velocidade. Fui questionar com a loja achando um absurdo para eles pagarem as multas, eles me trataram super mau me enrolaram 2 anos para pagar, e eu tentando nesses 2 anos q eles pagassem as multas fiquei nesse período ligando na empresa e só enrolação e eu não podendo licenciar e nem vender o carro por causa dessas multas só pagaram pq fui até porta da loja chamei a Polícia mais fiz um regaço só sai de lá depois dos comprovantes pagos. Essa empresa não tem PALAVRA , não CUMPREM oq PROMETEM .

I was questioning with the store finding it absurd for them to pay the fines, they treated me super bad they got me 2 years to pay, and I trying in those 2 years that they paid the fines I was in this period calling the company and just winding up and I can not license and not sell the car because of these fines only paid because I went to the store door I called the police but did a lap just leave there after the paid vouchers. This company has no WORD, DOES NOT FULFILL.

Mal falaram comigo até conseguir leva pra revisão e mesmo assim um barulho não retirado foi falado que é de fábrica, fui lá e troquei pra outro carro , pior ainda carro com vários problemas como estralo na direção ,entre vários outros problema com. 1 mês de uso , oque eles falaram ? Não tem garantia
Nunca mais, e não índico pra ninguém !
